Bathroom Exhaust Fan with Heater: Installation Tips

When installing ventilation ducts, ensure the vent is positioned on the wall below the interior exhaust opening to prevent condensation backflow. Create a 4-6 inch vent hole at this location, connecting one end of the duct to the exhaust opening and the other end through the vent hole on the wall. The fan should exhaust air outside, not into the attic. If attic installation is not feasible, utilize an exterior wall vent for exhaust.
